You told them clearly. You even asked if it was clear. They said yes. The deadline passed and nothing happened. Most people who lead in schools got there by being excellent at something that wasn't leading adults, and nobody retrains you for the second job. Bring one real situation you are carrying right now — a team member who agreed and didn't move, a priority that keeps slipping. We will work it through EMMA (Expectations, Motivations, Measurements, Accountability), the approach from our book Performance Leadership, and you will leave with the dashboard we use with clients to make it concrete. But the tools are the easy part. The harder part is the expectation you never said out loud, the conversation you keep postponing, the assumption you have never tested. That is not solved by doing something differently. It is solved by becoming different — the next version of you. So we will also ask what would have to change in you to open this up. Whether you lead a department, a division, a school, or hope to soon, you will leave with one conversation to have before Friday.
Format: Zoom Meeting (Zoom link will be sent 2 days before the event)
