Supporting Teachers to Strengthen Classroom Management
This course is designed for administrators who want to more effectively support teachers with classroom management. Leaders gain a clear, neuroscience-informed framework for understanding behavior and coaching teachers toward proactive, consistent practices. Administrators leave with practical tools they can use immediately to strengthen classroom climate and reduce reactive discipline across classrooms.

About Jessica Werner:
Jessica Werner, Ph.D. is the founder and CEO of Northshore Learning. She has worked with schools worldwide as an instructor, a professor of education and classroom management, and a consultant. She is passionate about helping to equip educators to work with students with varying academic and behavioral needs. Dr. Werner specializes in behavior support including social and emotional learning, student regulation and self-management, holistic approaches to student behavior, and communication for general classroom students and students with additional learning needs. She is passionate about educator and administrator wellbeing and her ultimate goal is to help schools support and retain amazing teachers.
