Sylvan Fire Information

The Sylvan Fire started on June 20, 2021 south of Eagle near Sylvan Lake State Park. https://www.facebook.com/SylvanFireInformation

• 09/09/21: The White River National Forest lifted the closure for the  #SylvanFire and has not been active or grown since early August and was last calculated at 3,792 acres and 90 percent contained. 

• Visitors to the area should be aware that there will be an increased risk of falling trees and rocks, debris flow, and flooding after the wildfire.
