Science Olympiad is a National Science, Technology, Engineering and Math program that allows students to apply what they know in a competitive setting. Science Olympiad provides opportunities to explore multiple areas of Science, and compete in various Science Olympiad events with other middle school students, grades 6-9 from across the state. It is an amazing way to not only have fun with STEM, but to explore career possibilities for the future! Mountain View has had a Science Olympiad team since the school opened in 2007. Students meet on a weekly basis after school to prepare for their events. Competitions typically take place during the months of December through April on Saturdays. Parents must provide transportation after our weekly meetings as well as all competitions.
Join us in the possibilities as we EXPLORE THE WORLD OF SCIENCE!
