Chromebooks

A Chromebook is similar to a laptop, however it is designed to be used with an Internet connection. This means that you do everything on the web. With limited storage, apps are installed on the Chrome browser instead of the device and files are saved in the cloud.

Classlink is a single sign-on application that gives students access to district resources with just one password. My Backpack is a virtual backpack that gives students a place to see all of their classes and launch apps assigned to those classes.

Google Classroom is a learning platform that allows teachers to create, distribute and grade assignments in a paperless way. It also provides a space for online discussions between teachers and their students.

Some textbook publishers offer access to digital textbooks. *Not all courses have digital textbooks. Please contact your teacher for more information.

iStation provides interactive lessons that identifies needs and adjusts to each student's ability. It also provides teachers with data for measuring student growth.

Zoom Video Conference

Zoom is a video conferencing platform that enables students to see their teacher on video, allowing the teacher to speak directly with students. Students do not have to be on camera to participate in a video conference. Students may communicate with the teacher by simply using the audio and chat features of Zoom.

Edgenuity

Edgenuity is a platform that provides supplemental learning materials for students.

Achieve 3000 is an individualized online platform used in grades 2-12 to improve reading, comprehension, fluency, vocabulary and writing.

Smarty Ants is an individualized online platform by Achieve 3000 and is used for grades K-2 to improve reading skills through personalized instruction.

STEMscopes

STEMscopes provides digital resources, supplemental materials and hands-on exploration kits for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM).

Digital Citizenship Resources

Digital citizenship equips students with the skills necessary to safely engage within a digital environment and develop as responsible leaders who leave a positive, meaningful impact on others.
