Did you know that over 5,000 people have summited (climbed to the peak of) Mount Everest? Some have completed this amazing feat multiple times! Sadly, over 300 people have died trying.
Here's the good news... We can ALL get a little taste of what it would be like to take this journey from the safety, warmth, and comfort of our classroom. Let's go!

- On an iOS device, use your Camera app to scan the QR code. NOTE - You don't need to use the shutter button!
- You'll be prompted to OPEN IN EXPEDITIONS. If you get a second prompt, select Expeditions.
- If the Expedition is not already downloaded, you'll be prompted to DOWNLOAD TO VIEW OR GUIDE.
- Once it's downloaded, click VIEW if you don't have Google Cardboard or VIEW IN VR if you do have access to Google Cardboard. NOTE - If you're in VR, use the tiny white dot like a curser. Position it onto whatever you want to select, then tap the screen anywhere on the screen to click.
