SAS for Windows

Many colleagues in our department use SAS via our Unix servers rather than on a Windows PC. This page is geared towards Windows PC SAS users.

• If you are a researcher in the Department of Data Sciences at DFCI and have already been given access to SAS recently, then you can install it on your Windows machine using the instructions below.

To update your SAS license: Please see the next section, titled Update SAS 9.4 License File.

For newly hired DS staff members / statisticians / etc. who would like to begin using SAS, please contact us to request access to it and we'll get back to you at earliest possibility.

IMPORTANT: You will need the Dropbox Desktop App for Windows to install or update SAS. Be sure to log in with your First_Lastname@dfci.harvard.edu user account and not a personal / other account.
