How to Request Adobe Software
Complete the DFCI Adobe Software License Request form located in the Service Catalog.
You should be able to access the request form by clicking this link and signing in with your MGB credentials. Skip to step 4 below after that.
READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW! REQUEST MAY NOT BE GRANTED BY I.S. OTHERWISE!
Navigate to www.partners.org/ISServiceDesk
click Make a Request
Select DFCI Adobe Software License Request from the Collaboration and Productivity group or search DFCI Adobe
IMPORTANT: For the "Manager name" field, you must put Nicholas George (Nicholas_George@dfci.harvard.edu) and not your own manager!
It is 100% OK if your manager is not actually Nikos, this field is just to determine the approver of the request.
Complete the form and select Order Now. Await confirmation email of the request's approval and completion, which will be sent to your dfci.harvard.edu inbox (not your DS gmail inbox).
