There's a wide variety of ways to stay in touch these days. To keep things simple, we ask that you try these options first. For convenience, the bold text in each line is a clickable link to each channel of communication.
We're open to your questions and support requests via the following platforms, listed in the order of what we monitor most closely:
Email: systems@ds.dfci.harvard.edu - This is the preferred method of contacting us. It reaches our whole team, so whoever is available (and has an answer) will respond ASAP! This will also make it easier to keep track of requests and discussions which may span several days if it's a more scaled-up overall initiative requiring many hands.
Slack: #systems channel in DS Slack - Note: must be logged into Slack already [on web]! Not recommended for advanced inquiries or formal requests. You can add this channel from the desktop app by clicking the + button to browse channels and find it listed there.
Google Chat - Good option for one-off casual questions, suggestions, or other tech talk pertaining to Data Science / Systems.
