The GOAT essay was an essay that we had to write, analysing the song that we felt was the greatest song of all time, while also disagreeing with the point that song lyrics cannot be poems if you take away the music. The song I chose was "Like a Tattoo" because it touches on deep and sensitive subjects, while keeping an ethereal tone and using beautiful lyrics.
