In Ms. Klein’s Black History Month class, we were assigned to research an important person who has made an impact. For my project, I chose to research Allyson Felix because she has been a true inspiration to me in track and field. Through this project, I learned more about her journey, achievements, and everything she has accomplished both on and off the track.
I also learned about the challenges she faced and how she continued to push through them with determination and strength. This experience helped me appreciate not only her success as an athlete but also her resilience and dedication. It motivated me to work harder in my own track career and reminded me that with consistency and belief in myself, I can achieve my goals.
