In this project, we created a 3-D model of the human skeletal system. Throughout this project, I learned the difference between the axial system and appendicular system, the average sizes of parts in the skeletal system, and parts of the leg. The axial system includes the skull, rib cage, and vertebrate column. While, the appendicular system includes the shoulder girdle, leg bones, pelvic girdle, and arm bones. I also learned the average sizes of different parts in the skeletal system such as, the vertebrate is 70 cm long and the ribcage is 28 cm long. Lastly, I learned the tibia is larger than the fibula, and they are both a part of the leg.
