In this assignment, we had to write an argumentative essay about if the main character, of the book,  Odysseus was a hero. I argued the fact that he was a hero and a great leader.  

In this assignment we had to write an origin story about ourselves using the vocabulary words we learned that week and adding a flashback imagining were a hero. 

In this assignment we read the first chapter of Purple Hibiscus for the first time and analyzed different sayings and defined new words. Also we found pictures that corresponded with the definitions.

In this assignment we had to write an argumentative essay on the novel we read, Purple Hibiscus. We had to choose a topic from a anticipation guide and explain if we agree or disagree. I choose the third statement, "A father should always be the head of the household", in which I disagreed.
