The epic elements project went pretty well. My group and I finished our stop motion and did a good job creating the imagery for our story through the stop motion. What was difficult about this task was creating all the backgrounds for all of the different scenes that happened in our story. We could improve by making it a little smoother by adding more slides. I learned how to make a stop motion on google slides. As a project, this was kind of successful. We learned new things in each class from it, but it felt a bit disconnected and like the different things had no connection. If I were a teacher, I would make the due dates farther apart and make it more connected with less parts.
I made a 3 strand knotted friendship bracelet. I decided who to give the braid to by thinking about who has contributed the most to my life and makes me happy. This made me think of my mom. I approached the person my going into my home and handing the bracelet to my mother. She said “Thank you” and said “I like the colors.” I felt very happy afterwards because she liked the bracelet. In the future, I might add in purple to my bracelet.
My idea was to make a molecule artwork that shows how water connects the world, people, and is like the center of life. I used the water as the veins of the human and made the water go from person to person to connect them. The solar system is in the to represent how our world and the universe is connected by water (in some places. It also looks like an orbital. I used he principle of proportion because the main person is much bigger than the little people on the hands and feet. I incorporated m tinker CAD model b putting m molecule at the top of m artwork on the head. I think logo designers or graphic designers could use the kills I've learned.
