For this activity, we were instructed to write details in full sentences about our schedules in Spanish. Some of the details we were instructed to put were the time the class starts and ends, our teachers, if we like the class, and where the class is. Since this was an exam there were a lot of assignments leading up to it, especially ones getting us used to listening to these details and writing them down. I would say it helped me a lot because now I was used to listening to the details and translating them.
For this activity, we were supposed to fill in the blanks and translate sentences based on clothing and the colors of the clothing. The reason I put this in here was I felt that going into this was something that I had a lot of confidence in and I think that it really showed. I knew what to put and what the sentences translated to, and because of this, I was really proud of it in the end.
A day in New York
For this activity we were meant to fill in the blank spaces in the chart. We were going over a few things in this activity, clothing, the time, places we were going, how we would get to those places, and what we'd do there. The things I liked about this activity was the fact that despite going over it together and having a few things we had to pay attention to in the text there was creative freedom. We could add little details personalized to us, like the time for one of the spaces, the time needed to be after 9 am but we could choose what it would be.
