 I like this piece of music because it gives me a visual if musical and I also like dynamics performed in this piece. The dynamics gives the intensity which makes it comes alive. My goal for the piece is to play the dynamics well and play this piece fluently by memory. Also my goal is to also play with both hands. Overall I like this piece and I think it will better me in being a harpist

What I've learned:

In 10th grade we incorporated “STEAM” in our PBL (Project Based Learning) projects. In each class we contributed to our driving questions which were “What contemporary conditions could lead to global conflict” and “How can symbols i.e. trees reflect cultural differences as well as cultural similarities”. In l chemistry I learned about nuclear Chemistry and chemical bonds, which plays a role of science in “STEAM”. In all of our classes we used computers to do research, document,  learn about different types of technology, and how to create digital art, which plays the role of technology in “STEAM”. We also learned how to use the 3D printer to create molecules. We also created a game so we could remember what we learned and also have our classmates to play, and  we also design, evaluate, develop, test, and modify each design we create, which plays a role in engineering. In geometry, Literature, chemistry, and Visual Arts we include art, whether that’s creating stained glass, creating a poem and making it word art, pouring paint on a canvas to show types of densities, creating ceramics, crystals, and much more. We also use the elements of art and principles of design to create different types of art, which plays a big role in “STEAM”. In geometry and chemistry we use the use equation to solve for mass, volume, distance, slope, and molar mass. This is what I have learned in all my classes and how it relates to STEAM.

I have learned a lot throughout 10th grade. It has taught me why things are the way they are in life and how things are created. It has also made me think differently about some things. It has also built me a charter of confidence. In class we have done class and public presentations that have built my confidence. I have also built the charter of a growth mindset. I can say overall I have learned and grown a lot.

Introduction to ater Bottle:

• What is the difference between bottled water vs. tap water? Bottled water is filtered by the FDA and tap water is filtered by EPA.

•  What is the benefit of having access to bottled water? The benefits of having access to water is that it’s less sugary, it eliminates calories, caffeine, sugar,artificial flavors or colors , alcohol, and other ingredients from their diets. 

• In 4 - 5 complete sentences, describe what you learned about water access in reading #2. I learned that even though a lot of people have access to water not all of it is sanitized. Water that isn’t sanitized can cause diseases. I also learned how many kids have died from the lack of washing their hands. Overall it teaches how clean water is important.

• Why do you think bottled water varies in packaging design (i.e. Fuji bottles vs. Deer Park bottles)? I think bottled water varies in packaging design because it shows where the water came from.
