I have been doing Track and Field for 2 years. I throw a discus and a shotput which requires a lot of technique and power. Track and Field helps me to relax my body and release any tension that i may get throughout the day, which is why i use it as an escape from everything. My Track family has shown me nothing but the upmost amount of love which i cherish and use as motivation each day. Using their love as motivation allowed me the ability to qualify for regionals my first year. Below is a few pictures of me and my track family.
