E-Sports faces unique legal challenges, such as unfair contracts, intellectual property disputes, and labor classification issues due to its blend of gaming, entertainment, and international competition. Integrity threats like match-fixing, cheating, doping, and harassment also undermine the industry's credibility. Without a central governing body, inconsistent rules and lack of regulation leave athletes vulnerable. As an E-Sports athlete, one major legal challenge would be navigating complex contracts that could limit personal branding, income, and content rights.
Today in class we did a online museum of tony barnes. Tony Barnes made some of the biggest achievements in the video game industry as he won the Channel F FairChild Entertainment system won the Videocart award. He has built franchises like RetroNinja.
I learned how to build a PC. One thing that stood out to me was that the graphics card needs its own power supply.
This is a capture card. We learned about this in ESports today. This helps a streamer stream by connecting this to the PS5 to their PC so it streams it to the world. This is important for ESports because it helps stream and build a bigger brand.
Through my research on ESports, I have learned that the industry has seen exponential growth in recent years, with top players and teams earning millions of dollars through prize money, sponsorships, and endorsements. ESports teams, such as Team Liquid, Fnatic, and SK Telecom T1, have become household names and regularly compete in high-stakes tournaments for huge cash prizes. Additionally, universities are starting to recognize the value of ESports and are offering scholarships to talented players. These scholarships not only cover tuition and fees but also provide opportunities for students to compete at a collegiate level and potentially earn a career in the thriving ESports industry. Overall, ESports is a rapidly expanding field with significant financial potential for players, teams, and universities alike.
In E-Sports we took a picture of a PC Component. This is a QL120 RGB fan and is used to cool down the pc. This comes with 3 fans and is located on the right side of the pc on the wall. This is crucial to the pc so that it does not overheat and stays cool so it can work.
In this project we made a digital calendar in ESports to have a healthy lifestyle co existing with video games.
In this project we were instructed to research black artists and do a slideshow on them. I chose Alma Thomas. Alma Thomas uses abstract small brush strokes to design colorful and vibrant paintings. I used examples such as "Autumn Drama" and "Pansies In Washington." I chose this artist because I liked her colorful style and it caught my eye. I would like to be like this artist because of her style except I would be different from her because of her style, her style is basic I would want something more complex.

Artists like Kandinsky were influenced by theories of synesthesia, where senses overlap, suggesting connections between color, shape, and emotion to mathematical harmonies. As for personal preference, I believe both approaches offer unique opportunities for expression. Working in a more personally expressive manner allows for introspection and emotional release, while data-driven methods provide a structured framework for exploration and discovery. Ultimately, the choice between the two may depend on the artist’s objectives, aesthetic sensibilities, and the conceptual nature of the work they aim to create.

The Kingdom of Ancient Mali and other cultures and how they used laws and lived long ago. The main idea of the topic is how the Mali Empire fell. We chose this because it shows a culture change when it was taken over. The key details include the empire who took it over and the king and his family in Mali. Some facts about Mali include it was one of the richest empires every. In the world, money is used for buying things. I wonder how despite their money why they fell. This connects to my life because I have money. In conclusion, we shaped our world by making a movie of the Mali empire and represented historical events.
10/27/23 Learning Journal Entry Chemvas :: This year in art class, I have learned about the connection between art and other classes, particularly in the areas of science and history. We discussed how art has been used to depict scientific discoveries and historical events, and how art can be a reflection of the culture and society of a particular time period. I have demonstrated my understanding of the Principles of Design and Elements of Art through several projects this year. In one of my assignments, I created a piece that showcased the use of contrast, balance, and unity, highlighting the Principles of Design. I experiment with different possibilities in my planning and creative process by keeping a visual sketchbook. In this sketchbook, I explore various ideas, try out different techniques, and record my thoughts and observations. In our art history lessons, we've delved into the works of famous and historic artists. We discussed their significant contributions to the world of art, their unique styles, and the historical context in which they created their masterpieces. This exposure to famous and historic art has enriched my understanding of the art world and its evolution over time.
World Lit :: 9/25/23 - Today we recorded our ancient civilization movies. We worked together and rehearsed lines and dressed up.
Geometry :: 9/21/23 - A mathmatical proof is a deductive argument for a mathematical statement, showing that the stated assumptions. We prove by showing the answer and stating facts to support it. Studying proofs can help you with ELA because in ELA we use proof to support answers in essays.
World Lit :: In todays class 9/20/23 We rehearsed our plays for other groups and gained feedback. We also listened to other plays and gave feedback to them.

Unit 0 :: Ap World History
The neolithic revolution led to many advancements. But it also cause injustices. With the neolithic revolution societies built together to create religions, social classes and more between genders. For example women worked with hunting and gathering while men worked more prestigious roles. And there also became social classes that separated men and women and children.
With the neolithic revolution, societies also put fourth new technologies. For example, Ancient Greece came up with columns and structures that have been adapted all over the world today. Tools were made to help in battle and farming. They made blades and connected them and formed them to sticks.
Post revolution, interregional trade came about. These trade routes moved all through mesopotamia. This led to the spread of religion, you may be wondering… how did religion spread? Religions came about because people while trading of course spoke with one another and they spoke about religion and some chose to believe others and now we have multiple religions today.
Centralized and decentralized governments contrast very much. While centralized governments focus on one area, decentralized focuses on one big region. For example, Ancient Rome is a decentralized government because multiple areas were controlled by one big authority.
In Period 0 we learned many terms. 6 that I would remember is Neolithic, Monothiestic, Mesopotamia, Religion (s), Ancient Rome, and Ancient Greece. In conclusion this was period 0 and that is what we have learned.
Geometry :: We learned and reviewed polynomials, terms, and how to classify polynomials. We learned how to name polynomials by degrees and number of terms. We also use polynomials to calculate the area and perimeter of composite shapes.

Art is a concept of creation. I believe that if you create something and you say its art, its art. It can be a bananna on a wall or garbage or a painting on a canvas, if you say its art, its art. Other subjects can be art because other subjects can include painting, art, and creation. For example science. Science includes colors and creating, which in my opinion is art. In conclusion art is what you say it is.
