My Food for Thought project was a collaboration with multiple classes but this slide show is for the work we did in Visual art. In this project we began by diving into what pottery at its core is, and what does it look like in different cultures. After acquiring this information we then sketched what we wanted to do with pottery and what guidelines we were given to follow. In this project we had to tie in the Columbian exchange into pottery like how we learning about the Columbian exchange in other classes. Knowing all this we developed dinner tables to show how the exchange of many things changed life back in the day. The highlight of my pottery is showed on the first slide, the plate and the cup my group made.

For place being a new place in the spanish comminity we had the job of selecting a form of traffcking that is a problem and show it via slideshow. We also were tasked to create a flyer that shows the problem in a simple way. Me and my partner Lucian split up the work and covered the horrors of drug trafficking and the violence tied to it.
