I came to Charles R. Drew Charter School in the 5th grade. I came from a small Christian school so I was amazed at how large the school was. I immediately became involved in the Drew experience. One of my most memorable experiences is being selected as 1 of 4 students selected to meet with former NBA Basketball Player Dikembe Mutombo for the UNICEF Kid Power Event.
