Guernica Project PBL

I based my project on Guernica by Pablo Picasso, but I connected it to Black Lives Matter. I painted part of the artwork using dark green and black colors to show sadness, fear, and how people can feel unseen or treated unfairly. I added words like “Black Lives Matter” and “No Justice, No Peace” to make the message clear and show that this issue is still happening today. The face and shapes I drew are meant to show pain and confusion, similar to how Picasso showed suffering in his painting. This conflict is important because many people are still treated unfairly, and I wanted my artwork to raise awareness and show the need for equality.
