For chemistry we did a project that involves visual arts and chemistry. We had to make stop motion videos based on elements in the periodic table. My group had transition metals.
Our book was about elements who where trying to find their purpose on Earth in the mints of fighting bad guys.

We took a whole month to learn how to do different techniques of yearn/textile work. This included Braiding, knot tying, weaving, loom knitting, and even net making. This ties into Chemistry because we also did several labs where we learned the chemical makeup of fabrics, and the process of dying fabrics.

We did a lab where we brought in white tee shirts and learned about dyeing fabrics and the science behind that. We also made really cool tie dye shirts.
