Kindness is a quality of being. The act of giving kindness is often simple, free, positive and healthy. It means to do good for others without expecting something in return. The purpose of MEB is to begin exploring the needs that we have to live, learn and be happy. Understanding other peoples’ emotions is a skill, and being kind has been proven to be beneficial in the long run. Kind actions offer an opportunity to learn more about peoples’ honest emotional reactions, as well as benefiting from the feel-good hormones that come with being generous.
We had discussed with the children how we see the kindness and what we hear around people saying about kind acts, and how we react and when we have to do the kindness.Students expressed their feelings through their drawing and words. They also discussed with their partners 'the act of kindness 'they have seen in the school, in the bus, at home and in the surroundings.
