DAG Leadership Structure

DAG CO-CHAIR STRUCTURE

The Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion campus position is a standing DAG Co-Chair position with the intention of high-level communication with Dominican's President, Cabinet, and Board of Trustees. 

DAG Co-Chairs serve for two academic years and are voted into position by eligible DAG voting members through an anonymous online election process. A DAG Co-Chair and serve up to two terms for a total of four academic years. 

There is an overlap of one academic year to pass institutional knowledge and leadership role to the newly appointed DAG Co-Chair. DAG Co-Chair annual nominations and elections occur every spring term.

DAG EXEC STRUCTURE

DAG Co-Chairs and Working Group Chairs/Co-Chairs form the DAG EXEC Group which meets monthly to report on each group's efforts and DAG business (i.e. campus culture, questions, communications, happenings, events, etc.).
