Coaching

The Accessibility and Disability Services (ADS) Team, which consists of Integrative Coaches, offers holistic coaching and mentorship for the students they work with. Students who register with ADS will work with the same ADS coach during their time at Dominican University.

ADS coaches view the students they work with as the best expert in their experience. We offer meaningful guidance and support for students as they identify and pursue their goals. We understand that talking about accessibility needs may be challenging or new for some students, so we meet students where they are, listen carefully, and then collaborate with each student to identify possible solutions or next steps.
