New: ADS Peer Mentors Body Doubling Sessions!
What is Body Doubling?
Body doubling is a productivity strategy where individuals work on a task (studying, creating, writing) in the presence of others to enhance focus and accountability. Body doubling encourages commitment to tasks, making it an effective and valuable tool for improving work habits and successfully achieving goals. It encourages individuals to stay on track, providing a sense of camaraderie and mutual support that can make even the most difficult tasks feel more manageable.
