Forensics Science Biological Evidence Blended
Course Description
Biological Evidence is a semester long course dedicated to the study of biological evidence collected at crime scenes and how to process the evidence. Forensic Science 1st semester focuses on the biological evidence that is collected, identified and analyzed. Emphasis will be placed on the methods that link the suspect, victim, and crime scene. Major topics of study includs entomology, anthropology, forensic pathology, serology, DNA, and crime scene investigation. Case studies and current events will also be explored throughout the course.

Prerequisite: C or better in Biology and concurrent enrollment in Chemistry or successful completion of Chemistry.
