Having difficulties loading Hapara?
Try these steps:
Clear any other Google Accounts from the Login page:
Log out of all Google Apps accounts.
Remove all accounts from Google's account management page.
Log back into your school account only.
Open Hapara Dashboard.
If the above does not resolve the issue, please try clear the Chrome browser cache and cookies including Hosted app data.
Check third party cookies are not blocked.
Copy and paste this URL to your Chrome Browser window: chrome://settings/content/cookies
Ensure that Block third-party cookies is not enabled in blue.
If all of the above fails, please try opening Hapara Dashboard in an Incognito window.
