Fini Moris - DIS Community Preschool

Our major ongoing community activity is the provision of a community educational program for the children of our local community. Fini Moris means 'Life Seed'. The program is headed by our Early Learning Centre Coordinator and staffed by our Timorese Learning Assistants who utilise the skills they have learned from DIS expatriate teachers to conduct classes using International standard teaching practices. This community preschool is accredited by the Ministry of Education and they follow the National Preschool Curriculum .
