Note: For now, this initiative is exclusively for FTE employees based in Mexico City and Bogotá.

What is Courier for a Day?

The Courier for a Day initiative allows you to experience the journey of a 2 wheels’ partner. By participating, you'll gain insights into their daily routines, understand the challenges they face, and develop a deeper connection with our core mission of making Every Day Better for Everyone by creating a more supportive workplace culture.

How To Participate:

Sign Up: Click here to fill out the questionnaire. Once registered, you'll receive an email with further instructions and the date for your safety training. *Make sure to redirect your didi-labs email to your didiglobal email since the confirmation email might be sent to didi-labs.

Safety First: You'll need to complete a safety training session to ensure you're prepared and understand all the guidelines. After the training, you'll have to register as a courier before the activities.

Schedule Your Day: You will be contacted once you´re registered for you to select the date that works best for you.

Unique Experience - You will have the opportunity to experience first-hand what it is like to be a courier, gaining an enriching knowledge that only this initiative can give you.

Terms & Conditions

Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary and not mandatory for employment. Open to FTE employees based in Mexico City and Bogotá.
Event Duration: The event lasts for 4 hours, from arrival at the courier center to returning the bicycles.
App Usage: Use the DiDi Courier App responsibly and solely for courier tasks during the event.
Prohibition of Personal Use: Personal use of the app after the event is strictly prohibited.
Non-Interference: Ensure that your regular work duties do not interfere with the courier activities.
Risk Acknowledgment: Understand the risks associated with urban cycling. Exercise caution and follow all safety protocols.
Equipment Care: Use and maintain all provided equipment properly, reporting any issues promptly.
Termination: These terms terminate automatically upon completion of the project. The company reserves the right to terminate at any time.
