• IC Strategy & Plans: They ensure that internal communication strategies and plans are aligned with business goals, featuring clear objectives, a compelling narrative, and focused tactics.

• Crisis Management: In times of challenge, their expertise shines through internal crisis management, protecting DiDi's reputation among Orangers against any eventuality.

• Storytelling: The team maintains the internal communications narrative, including tone of voice and storytelling.

• Leadership Communications: They guide and enable leaders as internal spokespersons, ensuring effective communication at all levels.

• Events: They strategize and execute internal communications events, fostering open dialogue and a sense of community through gatherings like All Hands, Coffee Chats, DiDi Talks, and new launches.

• Internal Ambassadors: They promote our business products and achievements, making Orangers proud and enabling them to talk about DiDi among friends and family.
