This team is responsible for designing and executing strategic campaigns, both proactive and reactive, to achieve its goals. This is accomplished through the cultivation of enduring relationships with (KOLs), journalists, and other influential stakeholders.
Tailored Communication Strategies: They design communication strategies and tactics customized to position DiDi or a specific business line, aligning with OKRs and tailored for the intended audience.
Building Relationships: They maintain close relationships with KOLs, journalists, media, and digital influencers through goodwill meetings and loyalty actions.
Message Development: They develop and assist in crafting key messages and narratives tailored to product launches, business needs, service positioning, new features, or spokespersons. These are aimed at delivering valuable information to users and stakeholders across various channels.
Public Opinion Monitoring: They vigilantly monitor public opinion and special audiences across both traditional media and digital social platforms.
Crisis Management: They take the lead in managing crises to minimize risks and facilitate the resolution of sensitive cases.
Local Context Sensibility: With a deep understanding of the local context and sensitivity, they discern when and how to implement tactics that drive business objectives.
