Grade 7 Interdisciplinary PBL: Design a School Space

During Quarter 4 of the 2020-21 academic year, Grade 7 students collaborated on an interdisciplinary project-based learning unit. Groups chose a specific space to design in their dream school and were asked to incorporate their values and elements of sustainability into a design that would serve their community.

As students wrapped up their first Milestone, they were given an optional extra opportunity to create a presentation to showcase their designs. We would like to share some designs and those optional presentations here and look forward to showcasing more student work in the future!

Please note that we encouraged students to think big and create a dream space. These designs do not reflect any plans for a future DGS space.
