This is a variation on Pair/Share but adds a coaching/teaching element
Students will benefit from testing their own knowledge, and using verbal skills to communicate
This can be done in almost any situation where students are engaging in repeated practice of a single concept (see the video below for the math example)

To use the math example in the video, students are engaging in the repeated practice of a concept (in this case, subtraction).
Students pair up
Student A completes one problem while student B observes (and follows Student A's process in real-time in their mind)
Student B then affirms Student A's answer as correct or coaches Student A showing them where they went wrong
Switch roles for the next problem
