You probably have a class that is all over the place in grade-level placement. There are tools for small groups in the iReady Teacher Toolbox that can help to differentiate your instruction. It is recommended that you use small groups, and pull custom grade-level lessons for those small groups.
Here's how it works (iReady does a better job of explaining it than I do)
I have been tracking two specific metrics each week:
Number of iReady lessons PASSED, and
Number of students PASSING iReady lessons
