Problem Statement: 

Poor Implementation and Orientation regarding the WinS Program

Project  Objective Statement:
To promote correct hygiene and sanitation practices through hygiene and sanitation education and the provision of standard for safe water supply and appropriate sanitation facilities.

Root Cause:
- Plans were unmaterialized due to lack of coordination with the group
- No proper orientation on Project WinS
- Not yet implemented due to Covid- 19 lockdown
