Resetting of password is a personal act. There are steps provided in the user manual and video tutorial link. Once the steps are followed, the user will receive an email for his/her temporary password.
Can I still do the course even I was not able to do it in the allotted time?
The general rule is no. The course is configured from the start to the end date it will be available. Unless otherwise re-opened by the course creator, the user cannot participate in the course once it closed.
