The DepEd Partnerships Database System (DPDS) is an online system developed by the External Partnerships Service (EPS) in coordination with the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) to consolidate the assistance provided by the public and private sector partners to public schools.

Where to create user account in DPDS?
✓ Kindly coordinate with your Division IT Officer for the creation of the account of Schools.
✓ If you’re a Regional EPS, kindly coordinate with the Regional IT Officer.
I forgot my Username/Password in DPDS?
✓ Kindly coordinate with your Division IT Officer or Division EPS for the resetting of the account of Schools.
✓ If you’re a Regional EPS, kindly coordinate with the Regional IT Officer.
How to solve problem in uploading PDS?
✓ Kindly download the template again and encode your contribution.
✓ Encode the actual School ID/Number.
✓ Please do not copy and paste to avoid errors in uploading.
