About the User Support Division
The Information and Communications Technology Service-User Support Division (USD) continuously supports all systems’ users and process owners in all levels of the Department of Education (DepEd) in the implementation of ICT solutions through capability building in collaboration with implementers and provision of a responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt frontline support service toward effective use of all rolled-out ICT systems.

The Information Systems (IS) Helpdesk Team provides frontline support for DepEd’s upcoming and existing IS solutions, whether these are developed in-house, through outsourced partners, or as off-the-shelf products.
