Program Progress- Promotion and Career Progression
The District of Rosario launched Program Progress as part of its commitment to fostering professional growth and career advancement for all employees. This initiative is anchored in the Division of Cavite's 7 Banner Programs under the HI-TEACH framework, aiming to create a comprehensive system for promoting employee development. Program Progress is designed to sustain excellence in service delivery by providing a structured, competency-based, and merit-based promotion system.
The program has had a significant impact on career progression within the district, resulting in the promotion of 57 teachers to various positions and the reclassification of 45 teachers from the school year 2020-2021 to 2023-2024. By emphasizing skills development and recognizing outstanding performance, Program Progress has contributed to the continuous professional advancement of educators, ensuring that the district maintains high standards of teaching and service.
Furthermore, this initiative supports the long-term sustainability of teachers' career trajectories by offering clear pathways for advancement.
