TRANSPARENCY SEAL

Symbolism

A pearl buried inside a tightly-shut shell is practically worthless. Government information is a pearl, meant to be shared with the public in order to maximize its inherent value. The Transparency Seal, depicted by a pearl shining out of an open shell, is a symbol of a policy shift towards openness in access to government information. On the one hand, it hopes to inspire Filipinos in the civil service to be more open to citizen engagement; on the other, to invite the Filipino citizenry to exercise their right to participate in governance.

This initiative is envisioned as a step in the right direction towards solidifying the position of the Philippines as the Pearl of the Orient – a shining example for democratic virtue in the region.

Vision

We envision Bambang Elementary School as one of the best performing schools in the Division of Pasig City. It means that:

• Every child is a reader and numerate

• Above 75% pupil academic performance

• Principal, teachers, support personnel are highly motivated and committed to be a part of work for the well being of everyone

• School is a place where the environment is conducive to learning

• Parents and the community collaboratively work and involve in endeavors for the school children's welfare

Mission

To be an educational institution where opportunities of quality education is provided to our children through the guidance of the administrator and qualified professional teachers plus the promotion of collaborations among the community, the school and others for the common goal of transforming pupils into productive and upright citizen with love of God and integrity
