The Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, anchored on Republic Act No. 12028 and DepEd Order No. 018, s. 2025, is a strategic intervention of Bambang Elementary School under the supervision of SDO Pasig. It directly responds to the urgent challenges reflected in the results of the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI), the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment (CRLA), the Rapid Mathematics Assessment (RMA), and other diagnostic tests, which consistently reveal low performance in literacy and numeracy among learners of Bambang Elementary School.
The program seeks to:
· close learning gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy;
· address learning loss and strengthen socio-emotional well-being;
· bridge the digital divide; and
· build stronger home-school-community partnerships.
