School and Community Parent-Teacher Association
The School and Community Parent-Teacher Association (SCPTA) of Bambang Elementary School is a recognized partner of the Department of Education in promoting the holistic development of learners. It functions as a collaborative body composed of school officials, teachers, parents, and community representatives who work hand in hand to support the educational mission of the school.
The SCPTA upholds shared responsibility in enhancing academic programs, maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment, and implementing projects that contribute to the welfare of pupils and teachers. Through active participation, the association mobilizes resources, strengthens school-community partnerships, and ensures that stakeholders are engaged in decision-making processes.
For School Year 2025–2026, the SCPTA’s plans are anchored on the Department of Education’s National Planning Framework, focusing on five key pillars:
Access – ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate in basic education.
Equity – promoting fairness and justice so that no learner is left behind.
Quality – upholding the highest standards of teaching and learning.
Well-Being – fostering awareness of rights and responsibilities while supporting learners’ overall growth.
Governance – promoting accountability, transparency, and proper financial management in all initiatives.
In line with these priorities, the SCPTA places significant emphasis on supporting the ARAL (Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning) Program, a national learning intervention established under Republic Act No. 12028 and implemented by the Department of Education (DepEd). The program seeks to bridge learning gaps, strengthen foundational skills, and ensure that every student has the tools and support necessary to succeed.
By aligning its projects with the ARAL Program and the DepEd framework, the SCPTA of Bambang Elementary School reaffirms its commitment to making education more inclusive, responsive, and effective for all learners. Through collaboration and shared responsibility, it continues to embody the spirit of bayanihan in service of education and community development.
At Bambang Elementary School, the SCPTA continues to embody unity and collaboration because when home, school, and community come together, children thrive.
