The Orientation on the Implementation of Retrospect Batang Batangueño (RBB) for SY 2025–2026 was held on September 10, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. in the AASMNHS Audio-Visual Room. Organized for school heads and Values Education teachers, the event clarified the updated guidelines under DepEd Memorandum No. 380, s. 2025, emphasizing reflection and silence as vital in instilling values, discipline, and Batangueño identity among learners. 

      The Filipino Values Month Celebration 2025 at Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial National High School was held in November in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 479, which encourages schools and communities to promote and strengthen core Filipino values such as Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa. With the theme “Serbisyo at Mabuting Asal: Pamilya at Trabaho, Magkasabay sa Pagpapakatao,” the school organized several activities that allowed students to reflect on the importance of good character, service, and responsibility both in their families and in their future careers. Students actively participated in classroom -based  such as Poster Making, Slogan Making, and Essay Writing, where they shared their ideas and creativity in expressing the meaning of Filipino values in everyday life. Through these activities, the celebration became a meaningful opportunity for learners to appreciate the importance of respect, unity, and service, while strengthening their sense of identity and responsibility as young Filipinos. 

 AASMNHS proudly participates in the DANGAL EsP: Retrospect Batang Batangueño Recognition, a program that honors outstanding students and teachers who exemplify the core values of Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP).

In preparation for this meaningful event, the school conducted a series of meetings and coordination activities to guide selected nominees in the preparation of their Means of Verification (MOVs) and portfolios. These documents highlight their achievements, leadership, and commitment to values formation both in school and in the community.

Through this initiative, participants are given the opportunity to reflect on their personal growth and contributions, reinforcing the importance of integrity, responsibility, and service.

The portfolios of the Dangal EsP candidates were carefully reviewed and evaluated by the School-Based Dangal EsP Recognition Committee, composed of the school principal, Mr. Wilfredo M. Dakila; assistant principals, Mr. Marvin A. Abanes and Mr. Carmelo C. Carpio; and Mrs. Melinda D. De Mesa, Head Teacher of the Mathematics and EsP Department.

The recognition ceremony, scheduled on March 26, 2026, celebrates individuals who truly embody the spirit of a Batangueño and serve as role models in promoting character excellence.
