The SDO Batangas Province Career Expo – Frontiers 2025 aims to empower learners in Grades 6, 10, and 12 with the knowledge, skills, and awareness needed to shape their future career paths. Anchored on DepEd Memorandum No. DM-OCUI-2021-00347 (Career Guidance Program for SY 2021–2022), this initiative is designed to help students explore diverse career options, understand evolving industry demands, and make informed decisions about their academic and professional journeys.

With the theme "Navigating the Future: Exploring Diverse Paths for Gen Z," the career expo exposes learners to a wide range of career opportunities within a dynamic global landscape. It encourages future-forward thinking and supports students in aligning their aspirations with real-world possibilities.

As part of this initiative, Anselmo A. Sandoval Memorial School conducted its own school-based Career Expo – Frontiers 2025, featuring a variety of engaging and informative activities such as career talks, a job hunt contest, a job fair, and a career exposition. These activities were carefully designed to assist junior high school students in choosing the most suitable Senior High School track, while also equipping senior high school students with valuable insights into post-graduation career opportunities.

By connecting learners with professionals, industry representatives, and relevant career resources, the expo inspired students to take charge of their future and confidently pursue their goals. Ultimately, it served as a meaningful platform for career exploration, self-discovery, and informed decision-making.
