PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR INDIGENT SCHOOL CHILDREN OF DUGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SY. 2020-2021

The overall objective of this project is to rebuild the lives of the indigent school children of Dugo Elementary School after the Typhoon Ulysses in the whole province of Cagayan. The educational status of the indigent learners must continue despite of different problems/hindrances that these children are facing in order to struggle in the new normal situation in our country.

The specific objectives of the project are to initiate the community to advocate for support and education of indigent school children, to increase the enrollment of students in the school particularly Dugo Elementary School in Camalaniugan District, to increase the access of indigent school children to education, and to change the life condition of indigent learners through education.

The direct beneficiaries of this project are 240 indigent school children of Dugo Elementary School, Camalaniugan District in the province of Cagayan Valley. Where as the indirect beneficiaries are their families.
