Brigada Eskwela paints a picture of shared goals and responsibilities between the school and the community it serves. Descriptive-quantitative method of research was used to assess the participation of stakeholders of Bulala-Fugu Elementary School in the implementation of Brigada Eskwela Program. Results show that majority of the stakeholders are female with mean age of 38.39, most of them are married and are housewife/housekeeper. As to respondent’s level/intensity of involvement in activities, the study found that they involve themselves in activities which include repainting of classrooms, cleanup of school grounds and repairs of desks, chairs and other facilities. More so, they are also involved in sanitation, safety and beautification and fund generation activities. The activities along physical involvement, sanitation, safety and beatification and fund generation in the Brigada Eskwela Program and the strategies of the Bulala-Fugu Elementary School in the implementation of Brigada-Eskwela are very effective. However, Bulala-Fugu Elementary School still have limited level of stakeholder’s support in terms of their diverse volunteer participation and resources generated as evidenced by the moderate turn-out of volunteers are effective since problems along attendance and resources are still perennial and are considered serious. Finally, the study also found that there is a significant difference on the stakeholder’s level/intensity of involvement in activities in the implementation of Brigada- Eskwela for S.Y. 2018-2019 and S.Y. 2019-2020.
