Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE)

A school needs funds for its maintenance and operation. The Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses of the School (MOOE) is the allocated funds for public schools, elementary and secondary that can be spent for activities and other utilities. This supports learning program and activities. Purchase of supplies for instructional materials and payments of electricity and internet connectivity can come from MOOE. This is also used to maintain and secure environment conducive to learning . The MOOE is a great help to the school to realize its Vision and Mission.
