The Annual Implementation Plan shows how the key improvement or PPAs in the school strategic plan be realized during the year. This is a plan for the attainment of the school’s vision and mission for the year. It also tells what time of the year a PPA be implemented and the source of fund needed to fund a certain program, project or activity. This outlines or summarizes one year- target improvement for the learners’ performance.
