Teachers can make or unmake children.

Teachers play complex roles in school. They are the parents, the models, the advertisers, the guidance counselors and most, they are facilitators of learning. They are the greatest assets a school has. They play a great role in the learning performance of the learners. They should be taught first before they can teach. They should be armed with necessary knowledge, skills, attittudes and values necessary in the holistic development of every learner. Teachers should be given the utmost regard to ensure delivery of quality education in building the youth of today to become the globally competitive future generation of the country. As what Dr Jose P. Rizal said, “ The youth of today are the hope of the fatherland”.
